A Team Of Creative Minds
Working For You
At David Taylor Design, we’d like you to think of us as your superheroes when it comes to digital marketing in New Jersey. A team of passionate and talented individuals dedicated to helping you achieve your company goals. We’ll protect your brand with our lives because what you stand for matters.
The team of experts at our digital firm are committed to helping your company generate more business by developing websites that not only look great but that show up on Google when your ideal customers are searching for your products and services.
David Taylor Design was born in 2007 when Founder and Creative Director, David Taylor, decided that he’d had enough of the corporate grind. After working hard for everyone else and believing that he could provide clients with better results and service, he decided to strike out on his own. With the help of his partner, Tanya Marks, their amazing staff, and their CMP (Chief Motivation Puppy) Pixel, they’ve been making waves all over the tristate area. Over the years we’ve become an award-winning design firm that everyone from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies have come to trust with their marketing and design projects.
David Taylor is the Owner and Creative Director for David Taylor Design. He founded the company in 2007. He spends his time meeting clients, managing the creative process and keeps the business in tip top shape by pouring his heart, blood, sweat and tears into David Taylor Design. Outside of the office David enjoys a good ol' fashion karaoke night after a jam session (on guitar or piano) with his two daughters.
David used to perform in the circus doing high wire, fire eating, balancing and juggling and was invited to run away with the circus.
Tanya Marks wears many hats at David Taylor Design. As a Partner, her role encompasses everything from Business Development to Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in the customer service, Internet, video production, and financial services arenas, Tanya has worked with a wide variety of clients and companies. Originally from Charlotte, NC, she boasts Japanese and Cajun roots, and has never missed one of the JapaCajun Heritage & Agricultural Festivals held each year in Manitoba, Canada. Tanya is a cooker, eater, drinker, and is PADI certified so she’s also a sinker. Her first cat was named Elgato and was a featured extra in Ratatouille. She’s been to 5 out of the 7 continents, though she doesn’t believe Antarctica has the moxie to ever be a real continent, so in her mind she only has 1 more to go. She loves live music, movies, reading, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family.
Tanya was a first chair violinist in High School. During this time, she also fell in love with the arduous yet beautiful game of musical chairs. Tanya now holds upwards of 35 State and National Musical Chair Competition awards. Most notably, 1st place at the infamous 1998 Musical Exercise Ball Competition; a competition that lasted a grueling 17 hours and 23 minutes and sadly left Tanya with 3 strained toes that never really fully healed since.

On occasion, he may exclaim the word “Shazam”, which may indicate: a project has launched, a big win, or simply a requested task is already done. Be on the lookout for this when working with him, and also expect him to bring a smile to your face regularly.
Samin plans to name his first-born Nandos, regardless of gender.
Alan is the Digital Marketing Manager for David Taylor Design. He does a lot of cool things for the company, but his main goal is to expand DTD into an international h̶o̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶p̶a̶n̶c̶a̶k̶e̶s̶ conglomerate. He dabbles in foreign languages, crossword puzzles and is a certified breakfast cereal aficionado in 48 states.
Every year, Alan grows older.
Tina is the Production Manager at David Taylor Design and is a big reason we are the organized and efficient agency we are today. This is likely due to her possessing the rare double whammy of a design degree and a business mind. Tina is also our UX/UI design guru – you give her 22 minutes and a website and she’ll give you the world’s best online experience money can buy. In her spare time, she likes to hike, travel and paint. She also thinks bikes on gravel are quaint. If you smash a Mike and Ike with a gavel, she'll faint.
Tina once owned 40+ Chia Pets. Sadly, she lost them all in a horrific BBQing accident.
Stella or Stella de Vil (as she's known in certain parts of Bed Stuy), is an account manager with an eye for art and a brain for smart. She also has an extensive background in graphic design and the arts, which means nothing even remotely amiss gets passed her keen eye...for art. Some of her interests include yoga, art, musical theater, musical chairs, art, tabletop gaming and timetable stop naming.
Stella is Italian for fruit salad. Ironically, Stella hates fruit salad due to a weekend Wiggles retreat she attended in her youth that we are henceforth not allowed to talk about anymore.
Kirsty (pronounced Nat-Ah-Lee) is an account manager and world traveler extraordinaire! She holds degrees from both Southampton Solent University, UK and SKEMA in France. She’s lived and worked in 6 different countries and is wanted in at least 3 countries (Beanie Baby smuggling rings). Having over 10 years of experience in Marketing & Consulting she brings a decade of expertise along with her decade’s supply of French cheese. She loves music, food, Big Ben, Charlie Chaplin, Bowler Hats, Paddington Bear, Ringo Starr, Aubergines, and anything else unabashedly British.
Kirsty once ordered a hamburger from a hot dog stand in Monaco. Chaos obviously ensued, and now Kirsty isn’t allowed back to Monaco or any Bed Bath and Beyond stores east of the Mississippi.
With 10+ years of experience in SEO, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to the DTD team. He went Berklee College of Music for digital music production and toured as a DJ for many years, so there's a good chance he has made more than a few of you out there throw your arms in the air and wave them like you just don't care. When he's not improving your ROI he enjoys music festivals, dogs, classic cars and dog-themed classic car festivals.
The #1 thing on Brian's bucket list is to get a pilot's license. Until that day comes he is concentrating his efforts into an ironically related goal of growing a petition campaign to make PalmPilots a thing again.
Noah is an account manager here at DTD, but there is a lot more than meets the eye with this newest member of the team. Did you Noah that he went to acting school and then studied at an actual clown school in France. What a bouffon! Did you Noah that he has read the Alchemist more than 15 times and that he makes his own salad dressings from scratch? Getting Zen by avoiding Ken’s! Did you Noah that he loves the great sport of basketball and also loves the lesser-known, slightly less entertaining sport of making podcasts about Dawes, his favorite band. Pass “the rock” to this guy!
Noah is allergic to Penicillin, though he only just recently found this out after having gone on a 5-day deep sea fishing trip. He caught zero fish and by Day 2 was forced to survive on the boat’s finger sandwiches platter which had grown a substantial amount of mold due to the wet conditions and apparent non-air-tight packaging. Thus, through simple deduction and a queasy stomach, Noah learned of his unfortunate allergy.
Pixel is our fearless mascot! We mean fearless because he'd probably let a mass murderer rub his belly if he met him. Hmm, maybe that's not a good thing. He's become quite the dog around town. Everyone loves him. He's friendly, cute, snuggly, and is always up for a good time. He's got a positive attitude and always wins MVP for being the most friendly staffer every month.
Pixel has many aliases including, but not limited to: P-town, Mr. P, Puppy Pants, Josh Peck, Pupperoni Pie, and Poopy Poo
