Associate Digital Marketing Manager
This role will report to several departments in our organization. Sales, Marketing, and Production. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting these teams by assisting with strategy, set up, client onboarding, and executing approved marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between all internal business units to successfully develop, implement, and manage monthly client marketing efforts
- Develop strong relationships with clients by attending all client meetings both internal and external and ensuring expectations are being met and exceeded when possible
- Setup and onboarding of new clients into our HubSpot platform
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to provide updates and recommendations to the management team
- Utilize Google tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Mangools, and Screaming Frog to develop appropriate marketing plans and execute task such as:
- Keyword Research and Analysis
- Setup and management of social media advertising campaigns
- Create detailed sales personas that represent ideal potential clients for a given company
- Citation Building and Management
- Content calendar creation for future blog topics and keywords
- Manage blog vetting and approvals
- Perform technical SEO website audits
- Work with the Production team to fulfill any design, development, and marketing requirements outlined in the signed Scope of Work
- Analyze competitor websites for optimization and strategy purposes
- Research the latest digital marketing trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
- Intermediate Understanding of SEO
- Google AdWord Certified
- Google Analytics Certified
- Intermediate experience with Asana
- HubSpot Certified
- SEM Rush Certified
- Strong writing skills
Preferred Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Intermediate experience with WordPress, including minor site updates
- Knowledge of basic HTML elements
- Knowledge of any SEO tools, even if it is a software we don’t currently use
- Intermediate level of project management experience
